The Coordinating Beneficiary will carry out a specific activity for monitoring, documenting and evaluating the effectiveness, the environmental benefit, the costs, etc. of the project actions.
All the results and information obtained in every actions will be summarized by the responsible of its implementation and reported to the Project Manager accordingly to the table of deliverables and the timetable.
Moreover, every six months a summary of costs incurred by each partner will be reported to the Project Manager for the budget follow-up.
All beneficiaries will provide advice and support to the Project Manager in monitoring the life-cycle of the project.
Each six months one activity report and one financial report will be prepared by the responsible of each action and reported to the Project Manager. For those actions longer than 6 months, one interim activity report and one interim financial report will be provided every six month.
